Privacy Policy

      In plain English: Ownlog stores everything on your device. We do not collect, upload, or analyze any of your personal data.
    

1. What Data We Collect

Ownlog does not collect any personal data. All information you enter — items, photos, categories, tags, repair records, valuations — is stored exclusively in a local database on your device and never leaves it automatically.

2. Data Storage & Security

All app data is stored in a local SQLite database on your device.
Photos you attach to items are saved only on your device.
WebDAV Cloud Backup (optional): If you configure WebDAV sync, your backup file is sent to the WebDAV server you choose and manage (e.g., Jianguoyun / Nutstore, your own NAS). We have no access to your WebDAV credentials or backup contents.
iCloud Backup (optional, iOS only): If you enable iCloud backup, data is stored in your personal iCloud container (iCloud.com.snjl.personal.assets). This is controlled entirely by your Apple ID — we cannot access it.

3. Third-Party SDKs

Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics Anonymous
We use Firebase to collect anonymous crash reports and aggregate usage events (e.g., "search was used", "export tapped"). These reports contain no item data, photos, or personally identifiable information. You can opt out via your device's diagnostic data sharing settings.
RevenueCat Purchase only
In-app purchases (monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscriptions) are processed through the App Store / Google Play. RevenueCat manages entitlement verification. No financial data passes through our servers. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

4. Permissions

Camera — to photograph items. Photos are saved locally only.
Photo Library — to select or save item photos. Access is requested only when you initiate it.
Notifications — to deliver local reminders for warranty expiry, daily cost milestones, and custom item reminders. All notifications are triggered on-device; no network request is made.

5. Children's Privacy

Ownlog is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify users through in-app version release notes.

家当录不收集任何个人数据。应用运行所需的全部信息（物品记录、图片、分类、标签、维修记录、估值等）均仅保存在您设备的本地数据库中，不会自动离开您的设备。

2. 数据存储与安全

所有数据存储于设备本地 SQLite 数据库，不会自动上传至任何服务器。
您添加的物品图片仅保存在本地。
WebDAV 云同步（可选）：如您选择启用 WebDAV 同步，备份文件将上传至您自己配置和管理的 WebDAV 服务（如坚果云、自建 NAS 等）。我们无法访问您的 WebDAV 账号或备份内容。
iCloud 备份（可选，仅 iOS）：如您启用 iCloud 备份，数据将存储在您个人的 iCloud 容器（iCloud.com.snjl.personal.assets）中，完全由您的 Apple ID 控制，我们无法访问。

3. 第三方 SDK

4. 权限说明

相机：用于拍摄物品图片，照片仅保存在本地，不上传。
相册：用于选取或保存物品图片，读写权限仅在您主动操作时使用。
通知：用于发送保修到期提醒、日均成本里程碑提醒及自定义物品提醒，完全本地触发，不经过网络。

5. 儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童信息。

6. 政策变更

如本政策发生重大变更，我们将在应用内通过版本更新日志告知用户。
